2026 Summer Church Camp Information
Church Camp provides a place for children to grow in their faith, build friendships, and grow closer to God away from their homes. Children and youth have space to have fun, ask questions, develop their personalities, and to experience life and faith.
Attend Church Camp with a PUMC Parent, Staff, or Pastor
Wanake June 21 – 26: Anna Fickle, PUMC Parent, Camp Nurse
Wanake June 28 – July 3: Colin Evans, PUMC Youth Ministries Director, Camp Councilor
Wesley July 5-8: Pastor Carrie, Associate Pastor, Camp Chaplain
Register for Church Camp
Camp Wanake – East Ohio Conference Camp in Beach City, OH, has sessions from June 14 through July 31, 2026.
Camp Wesley – West Ohio Conference Camp in Bellefontaine, OH, has full-week sessions from June 7 to June 26, and half-week sessions from June 28 to July 8.
Payment
Register your child for camp on the camp website. Enter discount code: PowellUMC26. This will allow your PUMC scholarship to be applied to your registration. Every PUMC child/youth will receive a $100 scholarhip from the church to support their attendance. Additional financial aid is available if needed. After you register for church camp, click the Camp Scholarship Form button below to let the church know your child is registered for camp so we can apply your scholarship to your camp registration.
